Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, EMDR Therapy can help you access and integrate traumatic memory, leaving you without the distress those past experiences have caused you, and without the re-traumatizing exposure therapy can cause.
Millions of veterans and people with a wide variety of trauma have been helped with EMDR Therapy, as the technique has gained widespread acclaim. Since becoming certified I’ve helped countless people to discover the roots of their painful past and to heal from it.
It involves simple eye movements or bi-lateral tapping to allow the brain to reintegrate ‘frozen’ memory which can cause distress and negative patterns to reoccur. This can reduce anxiety, panic, fear and other distressing symptoms, leaving you free to reach for the sky in your life.

As phone or Skype sessions can often be scheduled easily between work or family commitments, it is the flexible choice for busy moms and working women alike, allowing you to take the logistical stress out of your commitment to therapy.
Any of the solutions above, except EMDR Therapy, can be accessed through your computer or phone.
We’ll connect confidentially and work together without you having to come in to the office and from the convenience of any location you feel comfortable speaking from.
We’ll meet once or more per week in either of my peaceful, easily located consulting rooms, and together work on what’s creating your negative feelings, causing old patterns to repeat and holding you back from having the life you want.
You’ll soon feel welcome and safe in either of my easily located rooms, by the ocean in Santa Monica, or amidst the beautiful hills in Agoura.
Meeting in-person allows us to work through some of the more traumatic issues you’ve experienced and for me to treat your anxiety or pain with techniques such as EMDR Therapy or AIT.
